TCP and UDP people

I was digging through my old notes (Evernote 'yuga' युग) and found an old but good one from 2012.

I was observing back then that there are TCP and UDP people.

UDP - for those who don't really care if they are understood and have the necessity just to spread the word or share something. Or if they are truly sure that another person catches all they say and can interpret it by fractions of the phrases.

I checked the web to see if someone came to a similar conclusion, and indeed, yes. _{© I AM SANG}
